We travelled from Thailand to Langkawi by Ferry. On the way to, we took ferry from Alor Setar but we found out it is more convenient to catch one to Satun (directly to Thai town in the south). However, I recommend that you check ferry time table very carefully, they seem to change the schedule quite often and it is not very frequent. As they did change, we missed the connection to our train back to Hua Hin on that night.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Should take a cable car near this resort, kids would love this.
