Beautiful hotel

close to the airport yet seems wonderfully secluded. staff were keen to please but seemed a little inexperienced. rooms were well appointed. free wifi was a nicecsurprise. restaurant location is beautiful.
Restaurant Tip:
You might want to bring your own wine. They seemed to have a small stock.

Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - although it did take a couple of visits to sort out a leaking air con unit. The food and in the restaurant, whilst very expensive for Malaysia, was superb. When staff were informed of an allergy (Gluten-free requirement), they coped very well and even adapted the menu to suit.
Rooms are enormous! Semi-detached bungalows that are skilfully laid out so as not to be overlooked.
The beach could use more loungers and sunshades during busy periods, though this did not arise during our stay - end July to early August.
Restaurant Tip:
If budget is restricted, taxis are cheap, eat out at nearby eateries.

Brilliant villa in a natural environment
The room, service and environment are all wonderful

the service of this resort impressed me a lot. for e.g. during the check-in, they assigned a hill top villa with less paddle to my parents. every time you come back a van will be available to carry you to go to your room. (however, i’m not traveling there at peak season). not to mention the early check-in at 10:30am.
the room is new, big and perfectly comfortable. full set of crabtree product are waiting for you at the washroom. however, the hot water supply isn’t stable.
if you would like to spend a relaxing holiday with natural environment (monkeys :d), this resort is highly recommended.

Beautiful weekend getaway

I booked a weekend at the Tanjung Sanctuary Langkwi Resort for my boyfriend's 30th birthday. I had arranged for a cake to be put in our room upon arrival, but the staff did a one up by delivering it to our doorstep and proceeding to sing him a happy birthday song! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there with the wonderful staff, rooms, private beach and relaxing massages. The buffet breakfast was nothing to scream about, so I would recommend renting a car and exploring the island just like we did. It was an amazing weekend and one that we will never forget. Will definitely be visit them again!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cable car ride was really enjoyable, we visited it twice!

i loved how the resort is so very private and quiet. it is certainly made for couples in love. the beach side villa and its bathroom were very spacious - it was clean too! however, the 'bathtub' was a little out of the norm, where it looked more like a square tub that could be filled with water. i imagine it won't be very comfortable to soak in there. customer service was great - but some may find their friendliness a little too overwhelming. breakfast was ok but the spread was not up to my expectation. all in all, i'd say it was an enjoyable stay, especially if you just wanna spend some quality time with your loved one.

Great place for seeking natural and seclution

this hotel is located seclusively in forest. room space is really huge also i have viewed the pictures. restaurant has a fantastic view of sea, it's really an amazing experience while having breakfast there. the only not very good place is the beach. although hotel owns its private beach the sand is not comfortable. if you are looking for nice beach this hotel maybe not your choice, otherwise this hotel is perfect.

Overall, very happy with the stay. However, this was a honeymoon booking so a nice welcome gesture would have been appreciated.
Also, the option of having cocktails from the beach bar would have been good, but for some reason this was not available.
