relaxing, beach is nice and private, the dining option is good, and the taste and freashness exceeded resort hotel standard, but the pricing is way too high, each of our meal cost the same as a night stay in the hotel. service is good, our check in was delayed and we were given a bottle of complimentary wine and chocolate, a nice gesture.

The level of service was disappointing, but there were immediate actions taken for service recovery, which was a pleasant surprise. If you choose to go during the off-peak season, there are many restaurants in the resort which may not be open, hence limiting your F&B options. However, the good part about going during the off-peak season is that there are a lot less travellers, hence the beach is relatively quiet and private.

This is my 4th visit and the most disappointing.The beach was incredibly dirty for a hotel advertised as LUXURY.Service in Restaurants extremely slow and some waiters poorly trained
