Please note that as part of the Teluk Datai Master Development Plan launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia last December, the nearby Golf Club Datai Bay is being transformed to be on par with other renowned golf courses around the world. The refurbishment which is currently underway has in no way affected the resorts operation. Ernie Els designed Golf course at Club Datai Bay is scheduled to re-open in May 2013
