the hotel is new buy lack of maintenance. the front desk is irresponsible and they do have close down period during my stay. i am very disappointed as the maintanance in the room is really bad and i had made complaints to front desk. the worst part is . during night time there is no one at the front desk and no proper security to ensuring the residences securities.
highly disappointed..no more next time.

But service of cleaniness is bad. Food quality also thumbs up!
Have room for improvement, take note! One of de worst things is car park space really
not convenience to customer. Not enough parking space.

Great hotel with decent interiors.

Overall, a pleasant stay. Bed was a bit soft, but a matter of personal taste.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Parking is a bit of a problem; remember to turn left at the Y-fork and make a U-turn. The parking lot is before the hotel on a one-way street.

Made a last minute trip to melaka. All hotels were packed except for arenaa. Its kind of far from the tourist places like jonker street. But since we travelled by car, it was fine. However, if u intend to travel without your own transportation, we will advise u to find somewhere nearer to your place of interest. Other than that, the room is small but cosy. Channels were limited. Nice place to have yourself recharged for your next shopping hike in the hot weather of Melaka.

Price are very reasonable for a hotel at the good location of a city. Design of the room are so attractive with modern lights and furniture. Comfortable bed. Nice view facing to town area.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is near to town. Is easy to reach Jonker Walk (Malacca Famous Night Market with many nice food)

the hotel is not centrally located. however, it is ok for those that drive as it is only 5 mins drive to town central. it is a small cosy hotel with comfortable beds. breakfast is reasonably spread and the staff are friendly. i would recommend this hotel to those with small family.

My family like the hotel so much, especially my kids feel cosy when step in the room, they are so excited with the interior of room and standing out at balcony with a great view part of Melaka.
