the deluxe rooms were clean, great views of the city and some partial sea views, very big bathroom that comes with nice jacuzzi and separate standing rain shower.bed was big and very comfortable.
perhaps changing of hotel room utensils could be done 24hrs.We were hungry at 3am but there were no restaurants nearby where we could get a bite.
i booked the hotel at the last minute.Didn't expect much from the hotel room as the hotel exterior didn't look that fantastic.But guess what? We were upgraded to deluxe room, and the room was amazingly big. It had a jacuzzi bath tub and separate standing rain shower which was big enough for 2 people. The bed was so big and comfortable, and we had great city views and partial sea views. Above all, the room was very clean and the hotel staff very friendly. We actually asked for a change of cup at 3am, and housekeeping said cups could only be changed in the morning. But the staff from room service went beyond the duty of call and got us 1 extra cup. We were impressed!!!
Shopping Tip : need not bring too many toiletries as there is a convienence store nearby.

Nice lobby , walking distance to nearby tourist spots . Convenience in overall .
Internet services as advise by receptions staff are weak although we have to pay . Not expensive to pay but lack of this important services as we are a regular business traveller .
The overall hotel are acceptable and good. Convenience to most requirements as to my personal needs except the internet services are not satisfied .
Although the service fees are not expensive and we may also be online at the lobby BUT not convenience . Would think to a return stay there .
And in overall satisfied .
Restaurant Tip : walking distance to nearby restaurant for local delights.

Wireless services ONLY available at the lobby and meant for diners who spent minimum of MYR20. Location is not very ideal as it is still a walking distance to the city central. Hotel staff was not very friendly.
