The room has been refurbished, basic amenities is provided, the TV set already upgraded. However not so much was done to the bathroom. However the room was clean and no unwanted smell. The only things the shower. some modification or rectification must be done to it as the water flow very slow. Overall the stay was satisfactory and real value for money

Renovated but facilities still old
I visits Malacca very often with my family with kids, and this is the first time I check into this hotel due to the availability during the CNY period and as well as the price offer during that period. We were checked into a room that the power in the room always tripped every few hours. The hotel did not change the room for us but send their maintenance to turn the breaker when ever I complaint. Until I cannot take it anymore I requested for a change of room. And after we manage to change to another room, this time the window lock is faulty, and unable to lock and close. Due to I'm travelling with my kids, I requested the window to be fix immediately. Although they mention all rooms are newly renovated, but their facilities and equipment are still old with a new paint over it. Further more their bed sheet look old and there are stain that seem not properly washed. I was so disappointed with this hotel and I don't think I will go back to this hotel anymore.

Very bad has all my children and entire family got to shower in the cold water as there us no heater at all.

Yes, it was a newly renovated hotel. No sound proof. We can here our neighbour talking etc. Housekeeping staff very noisy. They shout & spoke loudly over the walkie-talkie & co-worker from the next door as early as 10am. Disturbed our rest. There was knocking & drilling until we call the front-desk.
