Spacious room, delicious food & comfy bed
The room was so nice & spacious. We booked a connected room. I did an advance booking for the connected room. And the bfas buffet also was very delicious. Lots of variety foods to choose

Great location and prompt service

I'm pretty satisfy with the hotel service as their response was immediate and great. I'm staying in a deluxe king room and the view of my room is the ferris wheel of malacca which was a great scenery! A little bit of disappointments were their blanket had some stained or dirt on it which make us abit uncomfortable and the connecting door was spoiled already. The room itself is clean and spacious. Besides, their buffet breakfast also quite variety and not bad! More, they do provide newspaper for each room. Thus, I will come back to this hotel if I go to Malacca again!

Really good hotel,says it in the name
Spacious,clean a nice feel on entering the lobby.

Pleasant staff greet you making you feel welcome.
Allocated a double room which has what was advertised.
Excellent shower,large bedroom comfortable clean bed.
Breakfast is excellent,looked forward to eating in the
restaurant with river view.Will return.
Travel tip:
At the river so pleasnt walks and over the bridge into town.

Newly refurbished Best Western. Rooms rather clean and newly painted .However age of this hotel was not able to go away .Water leaking in bathroom staining the ceiling, not a decent overview.Breakfast was normal , for a short stay is fine .Lower your expectations though .Riverbanks good for short morning walk/stroll.
Restaurant Tip:
Plenty of restaurants along the riverbank.Great night view and atmosphere.

room was clean however the carpet was wet due to leak. air-con control not working, room was cold. noise coming from nearby building until late into the night. other than this, it us a satisfactory say.

Checking in at 5pm, still must wait for MANAGER to check the room ?? that took about 15 to 20 min.
Housekeeping along the coridoor was bad. foor left on the floor overnight....bad sight!
Car park, Hmmmm plenty to improve.
