Best hotel in Malacca
Excellent location,within walking distance to historical sites and river.Nice restaurant.Large and comfortable room.

It was the best choice for an overnight in Malacca because this hotel is close to all of the tourists attraction.The only remark I have,is that we were not well informed upon check in of the extra services the hotel offers it's guests,for example: you can purchase boat ride tickets from the front desk and that here is a free shuttle service.We ended up finding out about those services by asking hotel staff, but it makes it easier to informed ahead of time.

Old world charm in luxury
friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast and big bed

My family were in awe of the hotel when we arrived. Checking in was a breeze. Welcoming us with a ginger sorbet was deliciously different. Hotel was away from hustle and bustle of Jonker St. But still near enough to stroll there. Would love to stay tgere again!

the swimming pool has too much chlorine, and it caused infections to the eyes. Not child friendly; and the pool located too near to the bar.
The room service is fast.
