Wonderful Boutique Hotel with great services
Perfect room with a spacious balcony and a good view at Malacca river.

Generally, the hotel is very new. Hence, the services are perfect and I would recommended for a couple stay. Its very near to the downtown and easily accessable to all the eatries and tourist place.
Nightlife Tip:
Night market along Jonker Walk on every weekends.

Lovely room with attention to Details

A weekend trip with my parents so we wanted to stay near to Jonker street.
The location is great , just by the river and 5 minutes to Jonker street.
The rooms are big and I love the bathroom which has a window looking out to the bedroom.
I love their attention to details - bath salt, wonderful bath oil, moisturizer and even a little smally ducky to keep you company in the bath.
The service of the staff was great and I also love their welcome giner and lime sobert, perfect to cool you down in the hot day!

Lovely hotel nestled in the heart of Malacca
Right next to the malacca river.

the check in was really nice sitting at the lobby as they approached you to check you in. the welcome ginger lime sorbet was especially delicious for the hot weather. there was also a welcome ondeh ondeh (traditional malacca dessert)which was served in the room in the evening during turndown. what a lovely treat.

bravo! casa del rio sets the standard for great service. during check in, we were ushered to take a seat and offered a cold towel and fruit sorbet - perfect for a sweltering day. the rooms were excellent too. good size and well maintained. this is the place to stay in malacca. the only downside was the noisy karaoke from the surrounding neighborhood. hopefully it was only a one off event.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is within a minite walking distance to Jonker Street and the historical Stadhuys.
The service of the hotel attendees are very warm as we they served us with cold tower & ice cream (yes! we need that in Melaka) while waiting for our check-in.
The room is in very good condition and I believe traveller no need to worry about bringing shampoo, lotion, or hair dryer...etc etc as they provided all those.

Stayed only for 1 night, drove up from Singapore. Underground carpark gave me the peace of mind. Check in was a bit slow due to large crowd that day, but nothing that is irriating. Staff was courteous and nice, with welcome ice cream..... I had a regular room. Room was clean and well equipped. Pool was on the top floor ... there was a shallow pool, great for kids and little babies.
Breakfast was fantastic, decent selection and spread of both ala carte and buffet. Nothing to complain about.
Location is right smack in the city centre. I travelled with a bunch of 15 people with a few babies and young children below 10 years. Due to the central location, everything is convenient, walking to Jonker street for night market, where there is shopping,relaxing, drink, food. Walking distance is also the historic city ... historical stuff for kids. For folks who willing to walk, you can walk all the way to mahkota mall are where there is shopping and slight further the old fort that still stands.
Only downside, the hotel room is pricey... but I have got no complains. Value for money, considering if you have old folks or kiddies

It was wonderful to stay in this hotel during my holidays. This hotel is situated in the center point of tourism, it is suitable for those tourists would like to explore the history of Malacca in which you can get the art and crafts which saturated in the famous place so called "Jongker Street".
