there was no proper mapping to the hotel and the receptionist do not give the specific direction to the hotel and i believe she is a foreigner. she should be well verse in all direction going to the hotel.

It is a nice, neat, clean and affordable hotel to stay.
I like the room design very much.
If you ask for an room for improvement, i would say that the washroom light a bit dim, may be can reconsider to change to a brighter light.
Also, the window sound proof is not so good and we tend to disrupted by the vehicle sound often.
But as an overal, it is still an option to opt for when you are want to find a place near Batu Berendam/ Air port.
Restaurant Tip:
Lots of food can be found near to the E-Hotel.

E- Hotel is a nice, neat and clean hotel at a affordable price.
The lighting is nice as well, besides providing a comfortable place for a stay.
For future improvement, may be e- hotel can reconsider to change the lighting in the washroom, as it is a bit dim.
Also, the sound proof for the hotel is not so good.
Restaurant Tip:
Nearby, there are lots of food available.

Do not recommend hotel as despite feedback on bathroom dirtiness, no proactive action was taken. It was the same dirty condition despite a new room given upon our second check-in. Management obviously do not care about guests' feedback.

The hotel address is incorrect. Had a hard time looking for it despite having location map on 3G smartphone. Had wanted to book stay of 4 nights (Fri-Mon)in Malacca as reviews and photos of hotel looks impressive (modern and clean) but could only booked 3 nights as E Hotel was fully booked on Sat. Regretted booking for other two nights upon checking into room. Except for the toilet seat which was reasonably clean, the toilet bowl (internal and external surface), bathroom walls and washbasin were dirty and stained with dirt and soap scum. Gave feedback to reception on checking out on Saturday regarding bathroom cleanliness and hope that there would be improvement when we check in again for our next 2 nights stay. We were given another room when we next checked in but no improvement (same dirty bathroom condition as previous room). The bathroom condition improved tremendously with a little bit of soap and scrubbing (done by my wife as she could not stand living in such condition). Real pity as hotel is new. If maintenance of hotel remains the same, it will definitely be a downward spiral for the hotel.

Location is ok but you need to have a car for travelling to the historical sides. Lots of cheap local food nearby. Very near to hyper markets. Very satisfied with the condition of the rooms and hotel facilities. The address of the hotel is a bit confusing as you can find the street from the google map, garmin or waze.
