Cleanliness is below expectation
Must increase the cleanliness. Bedlinen is not very clean ,few stains. Bath towel is as rough as floor mat.

Review Feedback
Our visit to this hotel was during the Raya Holidays on 6th & 7th July 2016. We experienced several times of power trip during our stay. Our rooms TV satellite connection was very bad in one of our family junior suite. The room emits bad odour when we checked in for both room. I strongly recommend them to control the humid and odour. We have to even pay for the RM 2 heritage fees for per night stay without any instant receipt. Their staff claimed that receipt be given only after checkout which i felt it is not appropriate since this is a separate fees imposed. I have to demand the receipt on spot upon payment. They should put up a notice to inform customer about responsibility paying the heritage fees by the government as well because I believe most tourists like us never experienced this at other hotels.

Big room, no frills!
Reasonably comfortable no-frills hotel. Encountered a choked toilet bowl on 2nd night (due to design of toilet bowl flushing system), managed to get a room change on 3rd night. Some room fixtures (e.g. hangers, showerhead holder) needs to be replaced.
