The hotel is old and not properly managed. Location is not very close to sightseing destinations. Would not recommend to stay at this hotel.

This hotel is a bit old.
I will suggest management to consider renovate the rooms.
I was experienced the room air conditioner is not function well and the hot water system is not function.
The rooms have some mosquitos.

the air quality in the room was dusty.
the room did not have internet connectivity. this is a hassle for holiday travellers seeking tourism information online.
some bathroom fixtures were not in working condition. the shower head was missing.
no extra pillows were available despite request from front desk.
there was no safe provided in the room.
the electrical socket was positioned badly.

This hotel are complete and good to stay for all traveller cause it is complete facilities and near to visit to all intresting place in malacca.. However, it's need to upgrade and renovation enviroment to like view and happiness.. I'm feel happy when i'm check in at resevation counter with using agoda booking, it's all simple and convinience cause i didn't to need write for any information on hotel paper.. Thanks for all convinience from agoda and all hotel network it..

the hotel looks quite okay, the service is okay except that i had to wait for hours for the towel. room comes with central controlled air conditioning therefore no adjusting of air con temperature. very hot in the afternoon in malacca. quite difficult to get a cab and costy to take a cab to mahkota shopping centre even it is quite near.

not clean, found some roaches and bugs.
no vacuuming done. breakfast was also not great.
staff was ok.

Room cleanliness was ok..
But, the shower head is terrible...
The water was dripping instead of showering...
And, it stops suddenly...
Call for help... Technician came.. but, did nothing...
Made a complain at the front desk.
Fortunately, they are kind enough to provide another room...
