This hotel is quite old, but the interior and furniture is well maintained. The room is very big and the bed also comfortable.
The location is good and takes about 10 minutes driving to Malacca city center. The breakfast provided has variety of choices.
Only one problem is the parking lots is limited. When we come back late after dinner, the lots are already full. Luckily the security guard allowed us to park by their post.
Restaurant Tip:
Umbai.. best place for seafood lovers.
The seafood is very fresh and the price is quite cheap.
Try 'pari asam pedas', fresh stingray with Malacca spicy curry.

The hotel has good location to central attractions of Melaka. The staff are generally friendly. However, the cleanliness of the rooms can be improved. Upgrade & refurbishing are overdue.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Jonker Walk is a must go place. I would suggest to plan your visit to include the weekend (Friday - Sunday) where a lively flea market becomes available at Jonker Walk.

comfortable room with affordable price. Rooms are clean, location is not bad either and most important; cheaper than the other hotels in the same category. I would recommend this hotel to others, although the rooms might not be as new, the location is good and hotel is quite ok.

I like the service of the bell boy. He is helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
choose a hotel nearer to central area because you can save on taxi fare. opposite this hotel there is a tachi noyong restaurant. the food is nice. must try.

Friendly and helpful staff
The housekeeping staff was very helpful to serve us with additional soap
6.3
The check in staff was helpful to allow us go into our rooms earlier, like 1:35pm, instead normal 2:00pm, informing us we have an upgraded room, 1 double and 1 single bed in our room, save us from renting a single bed.
The housekeeping staff was very helpful to deliver the towel to swimming pool which is on the top floor,
