everything seems alright to me,no comments.as for the parking,there will be a valet to guide you,but lucky for me,i got a parking because their honda stream is too long for that slot.

Bad location and poor service

This is one of the worst Hotel that we have stayed in our live time of travel.
No Hotel Manager in sight.
Given a room with malfultion toilet flushing system on arrival. The maintenance person took a look and still does not work. Was given another room the next day and found the shower system does not worked.
Asked for wake up call at 8.30am and no call was made by operator
Went down for breadfast at around 9.30am and most of the trays are empty and we just took some eggs and bread. The tea offered was very diluted and coffee luke warm. Most of the crockery dishes are old and tainted and seem as though they are not been probably wash. Will definitely not stayed with this Hotel again ever.
The lift at the lobby is slow and push open and close door button are not visible and defaced

Memorable vacation with Grand Continental

My family and I went to Malacca last Sunday (19/12/2010-20/12/2010) and we stay at Grand Continental Malacca. I take 2 room of deluxe quad for 8 pax.The room can be considered as quite small where we are lack of space to do family-bond-activities such as playing monopoly, having snack time together and to pray as well. However, the bed is so comfy and clean. We also have a great view of Malacca city through our room's window. The location of this hotel can be considered as acceptable as the price is reasonable. We also have a great time during breakfast as the food served satisfy our appetite.I have no doubt to return to this hotel again in future.

old looking hotel ,desperately need a makeover!!!!

There was no heater for the shower.After complaint twice for the 2 nites stay, no one bothers to do anything.Hard to get any taxi from the hotel to main city. Need to book in advance.

The room is spacious and some upgrading has been done-new carpets.

Size of the room is enough to squeeze in 3 adults and 2 children. Free parking for those who drive.

Hotel has insufficient bath towels and extra bed due to full occupancy. Size of the room has enough space to put in a single bed, so perhaps the mgt should consider this suggestion.

The hotel toilet had an extremely foul and stale sewage smell when we attempt to run water in the bathtub and the drainage hole is dirty and rusty. The water from the shower head is slow and the hot water stopped running halfway. Towels are stained and there is no complimentary drinking water provided in the room. On the last morning while we were still sleeping, we heard a knock followed by someone opening our room door and closing it back. When we went out to check out at the corridor, a hotel staff apologised and told us he went to the wrong room. It was a total infringe of privacy! Checkout is slow and took half an hour.
