Room is quite big, and ok. Breakfast is also ok. Clean, comfort and not expensive.

Quality hotel and secure parking

Although not in the centre of the action, Jonker street, little india and the river bars are all 5 minutes walk. Rooms are massive and clean with wide screen Tv. breakfast is pretty substantial considering its included in the price. Can't go wrong if you need a few nights in Melaka and you need a place to keep your car.

This was my second time visit to the same hotel. Maybe during the peak season, the room wasn't clean & bed smell odd. There is not much variety for breakfast.

Rooms had more amenities than expected; not too far to walk to shopping and sites.

Had great difficulty getting to hotel by car due to street changing to one-way near hotel. Malacca not easy to navigaate. Based on reviews, had low expectations of rooms. The rooms may have been updated: fresh paint, frig, safe, coffee and tea, comfortable bed. Breakfast was not great, but sufficient. Had a lovely view of river. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great value for price.

bathroom would be greatly improved by installing a shower curtain. walkable to tourist attractions, but not as near as expected and a bit tough in the hot sun. would be a problem if there are small children.

1)The checkin should not be so rigid...even rooms are available at 12, we are still told to come back at 2pm.
We are humans unlike robots which are programmed to act.
2)The cupboard for hanging clothes stings!!! U cannot hang any clothes inside..
Hotel Feature Tip:
The cafe in the hotel closes exceptionally early...don't think of coming back for a beer, u will be disappointed.
