Holiday Inn Melaka is highly recommended. I stayed in the hotel for one night, booked two rooms. Since we have a baby with us, the receptionist quickly prepared a room to accommodate us as we arrived at 1pm (way before check-in time). She even offered a baby cot to be placed in room. The service was fast when we requested for ice for baby's milk as the cooler was not cold enough. Ice delivered within 10 mins. Beds were comfortable. Toilets were clean. Towels - very nice. Room was clean too. Gym and sauna well-kept. Parking area with security guards walking around. Free shuttle to Jonker Street. Breakfast- superb choices and quality was good !

For a relaxing trip, this hotel is recommended. No fuss, no complications in check-in. Near to all eateries.
