The front desk supervisor by the named of Miss Juz was of great help. When booking for 4 in a room, i presume that breakfast will be included as well. However i was told that breakfast was only for 2 and required to make purchase for additional breakfast. Apparently, Agoda failed to indicate it during my online booking.
Miss Juz was very helpful and understanding, Without any hassle, she explained to us on the hotel policy and later on decided to include 2 free breakfast during our stay.

We found the hotel was easy to find and the staff were very friendly to our two year old daughter.
Buffett breakfast was a really good spread with all items kept replenished and fresh even during the very busy Sunday morning rush!
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is no wifi which is a pain but you can get a free two hours in the hotel lobby.

A very pleasant stay to say the least.We came as a party of 4 & stayed at the hotel because a friend's wedding was held there. The hospitality was 5 star, the bell boys opened the taxi doors for us (we don't usually get that at Malaysian hotels). We were pleasantly greeted with a welcome muffin (blueberry) at the hotel lobby. Helped the guests relax while waiting for rooms to be ready. Although we couldn't get our rooms next to each other, the hotel rooms & toilets were clean, smelled pleasant & was pleasing as we got the seaview. We stayed at level 9.
Hotel even has a nice infinity pool.
The staff in general keep their smiles and carried positive attitudes.
The breakfast spread was fantastic with fresh juices & green salads for a hearty, healthy breakfast. Just a little disappointed that we didn't manage to extend our room till 5pm to accommodate our need to shower & get changed, as we were taking the 6pm coach back to Singapore right after the wedding.Overall a pleasant stay & felt the 5 star service!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good that the hotel provide shuttle service which runs every 2 hours to Jonker Walk & Mahkota Parade. Although it's pretty near, crossing the traffic might pose a challenge esp for those with young kids.

I only stayed for a night, so I didnt explore all of the hotel facilities. I however did enjoyed the sauna and gym during my brief stay.
Shopping Tip:
Cross the road over to Mahkota Parade and also Pahlawan Mall.
