Great location whether you are driving or not.

The young adults enjoyed the pool and spa facilities.There is also a free shuttle service to the famous Jonker street,etc its better than driving since parking is a problem. If you are driving, you will be pleased to know that the hotel provides covered and secured car park lots. If you enjoy a walk, the hotel is also within walking distance to well known Peranakan food outlets and sights. We enjoyed the stay and hospitality of the staff who tried their best to get us a room that was not adjoining. Unfortunately as the hotel was full, that was not possible.
Shopping Tip:
Just cross the road at the traffic lights to Mahkota Hospital and there all the shops and street food are available.

Inconsistent housekeeping service. You get hand towels on certain days but not all. Rooms are clean n bright. Honest front desk staff who will direct you to mahkota ctr for money changing services which offer much much better rates.

Holiday Inn Melaka Hotel is very Good, it has maintained and live up to the Four Star Standard, the staff are polite and helpful, the room service also react very fast to our request, All our rooms were facing the sea and the view were superb. the breakfast is cheap with good quality. this will be my first choice of Hotel if I visit Melaka again.
Restaurant Tip:
This Hotel Provide Good quality food, enjoy great discount when you reserve a day in advance with the hotel reception counter.

Service of the hotel is excellent like 5 stars and most staff remember your name. few problems when check in on arrival but hotel managed to upgraded us to the club room and can enjoy all the benefits at club lounge such as free cocktail from 6-8 pm and afternoon tea with dessert. Location is very near by Melaka Parade which considered as better mall but crossing the street from hotel could be a bit hassles sometimes.

Very nice and clean hotel. All up to expectation. However, need to cross a road before able to go over to the nearest shopping centre. Don't feel confortable crossing the road with young children. Tried to check in earlier but was not able to do so as rooms are not ready yet. Do understand the point but asked the reception to help contact us once the room is ready as we have young children with us. But no calls even after the actual check in time. We were given a room at level 6 and requested for a higher level room due to the noise but were not able to do so. As it was a saturday night, there were cars passing by the main road just outside the room which caused a little disturbance to our sleep. However overall, the stay was quite pleasant.

Have been a pleasant 2 nites stay for me and my family. Hotel facilities are nice. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool very much as it has a great view of the sea. Travelling around melaka was easy too and shopping was great as the shopping centre was just a walikng distance.
