Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Great location with good breakfast mix of local and western.

this was my 3rd time staying in this hotel. i book for king or queen size bed but was given two single bed.we have to sleep apart on our first night.however the hotel staff changed my room on the second night and also give use a cake for our 27 wedding anniversary.

we had a a very lovely stay at the hotel. great location, nice sea view; quiet and relaxing. pleasant staff with excellent service. room was amazingly beautiful,clean and spacious with great facilities. wide variety of tasteful food for breakfast.
an excellent hotel to stay, though the price is a little steep.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room is well equipped with powerful hairdryer and luxurious toiletries.
The location is a good walking distance from Jonker Street (main area for tourists to explore) and Dataran Pahlawan Mall.
It was such a great service to be driven by golf car towards the Karaoke bar just outside the hotel. The rates are cheap and you can even play pool.

the stay was still considered pleasant though we find that the room comfort level has dropped compared to the last time we stayed in the hotel when it first opened. the tv screen is small and the bed is not very comfy. however, we like the gym which is of good size and has many machines. plus point of the hotel is that it is within walking distance to the main shopping centers like the new hanttan square. hotel staff are pretty courteous and friendly.

it is a very nice hotel with a great view of melaka. it is very near shopping malls, just opposite of the hotel. the main attractions in melaka are just 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

my husband and i were on our honeymoon and we loved everything about this hotel that was recommended to us by some friends. cool and inviting, staff presented us with a welcoming cold drink on arrival which we found surprising but grateful for after our long trip from kl. staff were on hand to help us with any enquiries with no trouble. we also loved our view from our room looking out over the straits. the room was very comfortable and clean. we had spa treatment in the hotel. absolutely fantastic and very professional and great value for money. the girls were very friendly and accommodating of our needs. we only wished we had access to free wifi in our room. this wasn't too much of an issue however as the hotel was just across the street from the shopping centre food court when we could get free wifi. the road was easy to cross. all in all, this is a fantastic location for a hotel. we will would definitely consider staying there again!

This is the xth time I stayed at this hotel and it never failed me. The swimming pool was warm which was a plus to put kids playing there for long hours without having to worry about getting sick.
Location is fantastic, close to the see, close to the heart of the town with lots of shopping options, and again food and food...
The breakfast used to be better I think but it was still OK.
