Super hotel, friendly staff
great located, clean and big room

Very large room, very spacious, nice bathroom. Ingenious pool, overlooking the sea - you get big towels. Friendly staff, free Tierfgarage. Super location, very near the old inner city - but still heard no noise from outside in our room. Unfortunately, only two hours of free WiFi. The air conditioning was unfortunately a bit loud.

its near to major shopping centres.

The staff welcome the guests with a smile. They were always ready to help. The steam room were not working probably. The staff in the Spa needs to practice more their english. The ladies who did the massage were very professional and very good.

1st Great Vacation as a Family
Room was really awesome, staff was really friendly n never failed to put on a great smile... Near to shopping ctr, historical places, eating places n the best thing is that all of it is walking distance... Awesomeness!!

New hotel and nice sea view

This is the second time I stay in Holiday Inn Melaka. I would come back again. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff are kind and efficient.
Shopping Tip:
Just cross the main road, there's a shopping mall opposite. But watch out for the traffic.

Efficient service and great location.
Reception was friendly and efficient, location beside major shopping malls is convenient and a great view of the Straits of Melaka from the room.

The deluxe room was bright and relatively clean. Most things were basic in nature but adequate. I was disappointed there wasnt a DVD player available and upon querying reception, they were not willing to offer one either. There was a misunderstanding at breakfast when the staff did not allow breakfast for three registered guests and I had to clarify the situation with reception.
It only takes one unpleasant encounter to diminish an otherwise enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Melaka.

lots of singaporean over the weekends, a safe hotel to check into .. ideally tucked at a corner but with very good walk accessibility to night market, shopping malls. room view over the straits is peaceful. breakfast spread is good

alway value for money agoda

this is my second time using agoda to make reservation. it always cheaper than calling direct to book the room.
this hotel is very near to city, walking distance perhaps. if you are lazy to walk around, opposite hotel, there are many happening places for you to visit.
i like the ocena view room on the higher floor, one of the unique feature of this hotel compare others
