Good Location but small rooms
Location is good, next to shopping centre and not far from Jonker Street

the hotel's location is very convenient, rooms not big but okay to me, nice swimming pool and view from the room. it's not far to go the jonker street and the red church.
however, we experienced the cleaning staff go in to our room but forget to close the door after she left the room, after we report the duty manager of the hotel, the cctv showed that lucky there was few people passby our room but no one go in to our room, but it's shock when we go out whole afternoon and back to the hotel late night found that our room door was fully open. lucky we bring along all the valuable belongings. the hotel manager gave free breakfast as compensation. but the hotel corridor and lobby full of cctv camera.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Come out from the hotel, turn right, and walk along the road behind the hotel can reach all the attraction location, the museums, churchs, and Jonker Stree.

It is located at the heart of Malacca where the big shopping malls are within walking distance. The furthest is Mahkota which iis less than 10 minutes walk. Historical site, Famosa Fort is located behind the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
You should visit Donker Street which is a hot spot for tourists.

Hotel with different room standards

Swimming pool is quite good. However, Deluxe Room is not recommended for family with young kids. I have stayed in Premier Room before and room is well furnished and clean. This time round, we chose Deluxe Room since we only stay for one night. We arrived the hotel room with visible dust on our coffee table and cups. Toilet are not very clean too. Quite disappointing this round as previously we stayed in Premier Room and they are fantastic. The wifi password provided to us is only accessible at the hotel lobby and not in the hotel rooms.

the hotel location is super good, walking distance to all famous sightseeing places
hotel room is clean and comfortable
the lift is a bit strange, that in B1 car park no lift to lobby. therefore we had to carry our luggage up.

Good central location in the city centre. Easy to get food and shop for things. Close vicinity to main tourist attractions. Most of which are within walking distance. Lots of eateries nearby to suit everyone's taste.

A pleasant,no frills hotel located near shopping belts.
Facilities include multi-swimming pools, steam bath, sauna bath, jacuzzi, massage, various restaurants
Travel tip:
Wifi is chargeable, which I think is not acceptable. At this day and age, when internet connectivity is so important to all, wifi should be provided to guests as default.

The hotel is worth staying as it just a walking distance to St Paul church & surrounding area. Dont worry about food issue cause the hotel is just opposite 2 shopping mall with about 5 mins walk.
We really enjoy the stay so much and will return there soon.

Great location, nice room and pools

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel in its Premium Room facing the sea, love the day bed next to the glass window as the view is good and children love to play there, it can also fit an adult and a young children sleeping. The location is very central, short walking distance to A Famosa, food and shopping. The pool is great too, very suitable for family with young children.
