Great location and clean rooms
Very good access to tourist spots like Jonker Walk, and ancient Malacca buildings. two big malls within 2 and 10 mins' walk respectively.

I like the rooms because they are clean and well kept. Bathrooms are clean too. The staff were friendly and flexible when we requested for rooms with good views.
Has free parking of vehicles for those who drive up. My brother-in-law drove over to Malacca.

Nice hotel but too small room

We stayed in this hotel last year and we were looking forward to be there again this year. Unfortunately,upon checking in at around 6pm,they changed our room to a smaller room .We can see they cancelled our room number from the corner room(the room that we stayed last year for what we paid) to a room in the middle.When we asked,the receptionist said we were late .That was the reason they gave our room to other guest.Can they do something like that?They didn't even call us like most of other hotels did whenever we were late.The journey from Penang took us 8 hours to reach Melaka.We just hope that they should be more considerate in future and place the guest according to what they are paying not depending on first come first serve.
Hotel Feature Tip:
We advised you to make a call prior to your checking in time and mentioned to them that you need the corner room with the king bed and day bed.

The checking in was very smooth and service very prompt. Easily accessible to main shopping mall within 10 minutes of walking, it is a good location for families with young kids. We can return back to hotel anytime and go out wth no extra transport costs. However, there is no wifi in room and lobby usage is payable.
Restaurant Tip:
Nyonya restaurants nearby are cheap and good

2. special kudos to the manager and staff of your peranakan restaurant, in helping my disabled friend to get into the restaurant!
3. on the other hand, why is the restaurant not accesible to the wheelchair-bound?
4. lovely landscape surrounding pool!
5. the pool water could have been cleaner.
all in all a good experience. would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting malacca!!

excellent location for shopping, eatery, massage and movies. a little far from jonker street but there is free shutter bus. (still within walking distance)

walking distance to famous Makko Nonya restaurant and Porridge restaurant.

We were early at the hotel at about 11am and the hotel was very nice to allow us to check in early and even upgraded us to a premier room, which was a nice surprise as we were there to celebrate a birthday.
The new premier room is very nice and had a great view of the river and skyline.
Check in and out was very fast and efficient.
As usual, the hotel was a great choice.

Had a great stay over the long weekends. Drove from Singapore and able to park my car in the hotel basement with complimentary from hotel. Great room with a small balcony overlooking the melacca streets.
Shopping Tip:
First visit the big shopping mall beside equitorial and go up to the second floor where the Voir shopping is located. from here u can cut short the distance to jonker street.

The location is very good where is just next to Pahlawan Mall. The attendants in hotel are friendly and helpful!! The car park is free of charge.The room is clean.
