An enjoyable experience as my children love this nice hotel..only one of the room's key nonfunctional well as we found its hard to open the door because the its lock with an electronic system..overall the location very great coz we can just walk to banda hilir, to mahkota parade,to taming sari or even jonker walk...even at night there is night market like 'uptown'..u can just walk if you are couple..

Pleasant stay at a nice hotel

The location is bonus since its very to our favourite assam pedas restaurant. Walking distance to the Menara Taming Sari, Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade and Hatten Square. It got 2 pools and that is nice. The children loves it. The breakfast buffet selection is reasonable and overall the foods is tasty. Ordered a pizza from the room service and its really delicious. However, we did not the best view from our room since its facing the back of Mahkota Parade.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
To ask for a room with a better view. ie the pool view

Just opposite the mall and at the walking distance of the scenic spots.

This is the second time we stayed at this Hotel, and will not be the last time. The hotel is nearby to almost all the tourist spot. The accomodation is very pleasant. Value for money!

Nice atmosphere but poor beverages..

Since day 1 I reached the hotel at night, the service is poor.
Several customers is waiting at the counter to check in but the receptionist is
Taking its own sweet time to process.
The rooms is a bit run down and the room service is not prompt enough.
The buffet at the hotel is not better than the street cook food.
The location is hard to find also.

The hotel was chosen due to its location and infrastructure. I was travelling to Melaka with my sister who has her own family. With the two rooms we could stay together to have great holidays and at the same time have some own privacy when required. The location is good as it is a walking distance to Melaka many historical sites and attractions.

The hotel need a make over!! Although location is convenient and closest to the Mahkota Parade, the facilities considered edequate for short stay. We have been to some other old hotels and this is among the ones where the management / owner dont bother to renevote.

the room is much cleaner than service apartment but the TV is still old CRT type with some channels unclear. but it is a cosy room with great location, jux opposite Mahkota shopping centre

Bangkok is a very amazing city, with nice citizen, good food, relaxing spa, hotel is nice and clean staff are nice too.etc. Love to visit bangkok again!!
