The facilities that Mahkota hotel have is quite ok only as the water heater is not good because there nt hot water for customer.It only have cold water and some people may easy get flu if bath cold water at night.So i hope the management will concern about this problem seriously.The room is quite nice and comfortable and i like the room so much.

The hotel is walking distance to almost all historic landmarks such as A Famosa, Jonkers walk etc. It has 2 huge swimming pool with water slides for kids. The breakfast spread was good. The 2 rooms apartment was clean and comfortable
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Historical spot is walking distance from the Hotel. There are 3 main shopping malls that are also walking distance.

kids love the pools. areas of improvement: 1. hotel staff must be more courteous and attentive. they should assist the guests with their lugages upon arrival to the hotel. 2. must upkeep the rooms condition properly 3. Need change breakfast....same breakfast every day

We had a pleasant stay though we a bad experience there. The hotel is clean. Recommended for relaxation. It is near to shopping centres, cinema. The food is fantastic. The bad experience I had was, I had to wait 1hour for the staff to come cause we cant enterthe room due to the faulty door lock. It is very frustrating....
