Great location but aged building

We traveled here for company trip, nice location but the building seems old. Rooms are quite spacious but need to retread.
Very closed to the shopping malls and easy to find something to eat here. Is good for a family trip.

Comfortable stay and great assistant by the reception staff to guide our way to search for good food. Only disadvantage is the housekeeping service which slack and did not bring our items immediately until we keep repeating calling them.
Shopping Tip:
Good location for the hotel as we just cross the road and do our shopping and for food.

1. T.V. in the Apartment is too small.
2. The Lift to the Apartment closes very `fast'.
3. The water pressure is very low, time wasted during showering.
4. Need to cross the Highway (high risk) to get opposite to the Shopping Mall.

Excellent location but worn out facilitites

I booked the 2 bedroom apartment for my family of 4 adults. I chose the hotel for its excellent location and competitive prices for the Quad room. I arrived at the hotel at about 12.30pm but they gave me my room without any queries. I requested and was allowed to check out at 1.00pm on the day of departure. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Both the rooms and the hotel facilities were worn out. It is time for a major renovation if the hotel wants to compete with the great number of new hotels and boutique hotels springing up everywhere.
The location is excellent being near to the shopping centres and quaint eateries. Jonkers street is only a pleasant 15 mins walk away.

Strategic Location and Nice View

The location is great. Can walk to the nearast shopping complex and historical place like A Famosa,Jonker Walk and Menara Taming Sari. For the Hotel, the room is clean and tidy. The facilies is not going so well for me since i've got the room with the functional of some equipment like air cond not so cold, front door slot card spoil and toilet flush is stuck. For the view from the hotel is fantastic. Building with big pool. The weak point is to use all the facilities like gym, swimming pool, indoor sport like ping pong need to have proper attire since some of us just to want to see the room and have a look for pleasure.

Very fantastic (Selat Melaka View and Hotel View)

the location is very convenient situated close to the huge malls of melaka, short walk to jonker street, open air carparking with guards

the rooms are huge but the furnishings are very dated and dirty. the tv is a crt television. everything else is not well maintained too. everything feels dirty. the fridge had a certain smell too. the bathtub had stains but bearable for a short stay.
everything functions but for the price, im thinking there could be more. perhaps a stay at Hatten hotel might work better since it appears to be newer.

Hotel is located with good surroundings,but it could be better if there is a link way from hotel to the mahkota shopping centre,crossing the road there is too dangerous especially with children and elderly. We have checking at the mahkota floor which is on the second level,soundproofing is bad,it's very noisy which we can hear loud music coming from the lounge even after midnight .
