Good location best for stay around the area

Booking through agoda is super efficient, just a matter the hotel
didnt get to follow, make me stay at hotel lobby for some time.

the location was good, as it's just opposite the shopping malls. the 2 bedroom apartment had a decent size living/dining room, 2 toilets and a kitchen (but no cooking allowed) - great for families with kids. it didn't look clean though.
the bed headboard had what looked like dead bugs on it, but thankfully there wasn't any bedbugs. the bathtub had like cement stains or something on it, and looked really crappy - i wouldn't dare to soak in that tub!
they had a widespread for breakfast, an international spread, but the food from the chafer wasn't warm. it might be because we went down at 9+, so the food has been there for awhile.
the building looks great overall and had a nice pool.

jonker street in 15min walk , there is a near by mall and therer is lots of fast food and shops there, thing are quite ex in mall. jonker is worth, but seafood is very ex.

Great location
Nice room, center of the city

The hotel is quite huge with many blocks and rooms. The room is quite cozy even though it is a bit old. The water heater had some problem at first due to maintenance done on that weekend. It has a good location as it is near the shopping center and its located in city center.

Great Location But Not Well Maintained

Stay here if you're not picky and have no young children.
The bath tub was choked, the air conditioners had no remote controls and were not cold and worst of all the view was terrible.

Conveniently located near shopping malls and walking distance to joker street where I can enjoy great food and the night market. A chance for me to experience the trishaw after the night market. Room was comfortable. Wide varieties of breakfast spread and everything is so delicious. Will be back for stay whenever I'm coming to malacca.
Restaurant Tip:
A restaurant called north station served very nice Chinese food tat once you eat, you will love it.

Affordable One Room Apartment
The pricing is cheap and the sea view is just nice. However, you can feel relax at this hotel as there is the garden.

Convenient location to nearby tourist spots, shopping malls and restaurants. However, the front office staff are doing their works slowly hence causing the long queue.

Great location but poor check in

we were hyped up about our stay but it was cut short when we had to que for the check in. we got the furthest block (there are 8 blocks altogether), thankfully we drove there. when we try to enter our apartment, the cards given were faulty.had to call for them to come and open the door as the reception is so far. they came only after 15 min waiting outside. when we finally got in, the smell of wet carpet greeted us.need to open the aircond and doors to let the odour out.
pros : the room was nice, the kids love the big swimming pool and jacuzzi.they even had small golf course ...going to shopping malls just takes 5 min car ride.if the kids were bigger, we could just cross the road to reach mahkota parade
Shopping Tip:
Just walk to shopping malls as the roads are really jammed on weekends

Great location but poor room service

I've had such a wonderful time with family in Melaka city. The hotel is very strategic, just within walking distance to places of interest and food necessities. However we still need to move around using car as traveling with a 3 months old baby. The hotel is equipped with ramps which make it easier to move around the hotels with strollers.

strategy location , great sightseeing . the room facility is old but room is clean and nice. reasonable service by the counter but waiting time for check in/ out is a bit long. they should improve on it or arrange more staff when peak time.
environment is green and nice, a lots of swimming pools for kids and adult . my child enjoy it a lot. playing room for kids is provided but the toys is limited
