Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The service, architecture, room and comfort
Location is a bit far from the twown centre.
When we reached, before even reaching the reception to check-in, the staff had already recognized us - even though we had just been there only once before, at least a year ago.
The room, beds, pillows were very comfortable and the service provided by the staff was excellent, unintrusive and yet attentive. The location of the hotel was a bit far off from the centre of the town but that was easily resolved with our own vehicle. Would a shuttle provided by the hotel be possible or is that already in place but we didn't notice...?
Restaurant Tip : The coffeeshop nearby for a quick and cheap local breakfast

Lovely rooms, great bathtub, lovely bed and sheets, in room dvd player and flat screen tv.
Pricing is really ultra expensive for Melaka. Other hotel room rates are around RM200-300/night and the rack rate was RM1,200/night.
The hotel is a really lovely boutique hotel. It is well located, just a short 5 minute drive from Jonker street. The beds and sheets are lovely and you get a lovely view of Melaka from your room. The pool is small as is the gym but sufficient. Room service is not available but they kindly agreed to send it up to the room. Pricing on room service is extremely expensive even by KL standards, a plate of pasta with fish was RM80.
Restaurant Tip : Eat out at jonker street. Go to Nancy's kitchen or to Limau Limau Cafe.
