Truly a Majestic Experience
Luxury, amazing staff service and excellent food
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The decor and layout was luxurious and the staff always friendly and willing to assist you at any time of the day. The Spa facilities were 5 star and a must-try for any visitor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel is located not too far from all the site attractions. This is a hotel I will definitely visit again.

Old world charm .. Old world issues
Food, Room character.
This is certainly a hotel with some old world charm. The rooms are very nicely appointed, with a colonial feel. The reception area too is quite "old world", although it feels as though it hasn't changed in sixty years and seems run down compared to the rooms which seem to be quite recently updated. Check in service and restaurant service, was very slow, although when we ordered ice for the room it appeared almost instantaneously. Despite this, the service was very friendly and polite. Air conditioning is not a positive point. The reception area and restaurants felt as though they were not air conditioned at all, although a natural breeze kept them from being stifling . The air conditioner in the room was somewhat underpowered, and even after asking for someone to look at it, it didn't improve. We were glad that the outdoor temperature was not any hotter than it was. Overall we had a good stay, but some attention to these items by management would make for a better experience.

Relaxing stay in a charming hotel
Excellent service, well appointed room in a hotel with lots of charm and character
Really enjoyed the quiet and spacious room and the character of the hotel. Service in the hotel is friendly, efficient and very welcoming. Daily breakfast was a great start to the day.

getting worst.
room interior, service.
this is not our 1st time here. and we are ytl supporter. getting worst. the small space front office crowded with female staff and do nothing to help. when enter the room, the aircond is in trouble. the staff give a reason because the weather is too hot which is not make a senses at all. again, this is not our 1st time here. the technician came and fix it. no change at all. still the same. we ask to change a room since my baby cant sleep because of the room temperature. they place us at the new room. better then nothing but still not worth for money. the 16'c just like normal 24'c. this problem really spoilt my holiday. 2night was only nightmares. thanks ytl.
