Reasonably price but odd location

Unfortunately, our stay wasn't a memorable one. Except for the large rooms, the rest of the facilities left much to be desired. The receptionist may have tried his best to assist, he was definitely not prepared for his guests - he had no clue about our payment for extra bed; that some of the lights weren't working and worse of all, there was no water supply to the toilet. They were kind enough to move us to another room (which was suppose to be cheaper) but he insist the price the same & we didn't want to add stress to a rather long day, having driven all day,losing our way due to its odd location. When we finally settled into the new room, alas, we had to endure a cold bath due to the broken water tap and a water heater which is out off service.

Bilik selesa tetapi tidak dapat menggunakan pemanas air kerana wayarnya telah disambung secara illegal,dan bila dipasang,seluruh bangunan terputus bekalan elektrik. Bila diadu,jawapannya.."Puan jangan guna pemanas itu lagi." Bukannya diganti dengan yang baru.

Bilik dan persekitaran bagus tetapi penyambut tetamu perlu lebihkan senyuman dan mesra bila tetamu datang dan sewaktu menyerahkan kunci, sekurang-kurangnya berkata lah "Terima kasih dan sila datang lagi". Perlu juga diadakan borang maklumbalas untuk tetamu isi sebelum check-out.
Restaurant Tip:
Kenny's Delight masakan baba nyonnya superb----. puashati, sedap tapi agak mahal.
Nasi lemak antarabangsa ---> totally out especially the sambal dan cashier ---> tak mesra pelanggan
Sekinchan ikan bakar ---> tak berbaloi sebab tak sedap dan mahal.
