Beds are too old, Unable to sleep as its sunken in the middle. Breakfast have limited choice. Food are not replenish and half boiled eggs are raw.
If you can,t find any hotel maybe can consider this. For the price you are paying, can consider the hotel opposite Naza. Place is also hard to find as its not close to any shopping or food district. Need a car to get there. Breakfast is also a must SKIP. Don't waste your sleep fot the kind of varieties they serve. Diluted orange juice, raw eggs, unreplenished food, slow response from waitresses even though there is no one. Rooms is ok except for the bed, old and soft. Definitely time to change.

the hotel was quite hard to find and not many people knew of its location. once found, the lobby was quite smelly and the room we stayed in on the 5th floor was equally smelly. the air con did not work and our key was dangerously close to dropping out of the key chain.
however, that said, service was quick and prompt. they were also very friendly. the free breakfast is weird. serving curry and rendang which i dont really think is real breakfast food. there was however a selection of cornflakes and cornflakes. put one guy who overfried eggs and a toaster that did not work.

free upgrade. designer rooms.
lobby had a certain smell.
agoda had given us a free upgrade of the room because some technical issues had prevented us from getting our room choice. so we were upgraded to a jr suite which was sweet indeed. it was a big room that could easily sleep 4 people.
nice overall room facilities. however there was a smell of wood from the lobby into the room. this proved quite.. undesirable.
breakfast was not really that good but helped in filling your tummy. suggestion is just to take a light one and go out to eat the local food if your budget allows.
