Value for money
The room is very clean. It is very big and has ample space for the kids to run around. The big dinning table is very useful too.

The stay overall is okay. The breakfast could be better by providing more choices and quantities. Don't bother to use wifi. We couldn't get it connected throughout our whole stay.

this is a comfortable double-storey house. it is clean and with room cleaning service. air-conditional for living hall and all rooms. it is not far to town area but because of the massive traffic it spend too much of time to town. breakfast should be improved and hv more variety, at least 2. will stay again and it is suitable for group gathering or big family gathering.

The wifi network can be improved, we got almost no signal throughout the stay. Less than 10 min drive to Jonker street but few dining options within walking distance. Highly reccomended for people who drive. Basic amendities provided such as towel and soap. No toothbrush / toothpaste is provided

Really suitable for big family to stay

This was the first time I stayed in this kind of Homestay hotel.
At first, I was really worry about the environment and cleanness problem. However, we all were surprised by the new furniture and cleaned house. The house is fully air-cond as we really need those air-cond bcz Melaka is really super hot!
Breakfast was served by those staff, they sent to our house on time( u can choose the time u want).
The only problem is, this Homestay is called "One Residence Stay" on the hotel voucher we print from agoda, but actually we have to find the other hotel name, and it wasted us almost one hour to get lost bcz of different hotel name.

Though it was a short stay but it was enjoyable as we were a small group of colleagues under the same roof. We really enjoyed the bonding time as we could just hang around in the spacious living room to watch TV and chit-chat.
