Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Relaxing with its amazing views
7.3
Very clean and quiet getaway. Not too far from Malacca. The waterfall by the pool was the most spectacular feature.
i like this resort is mainly because they have a very nice view surrounding the pool, water falling down makes me feel relaxing, the hotel staffs are all in a good manner, friendly and also very helpful. the room that i stayed is fully decorate and made of wood, make you have the feeling of nature in the forest.

A hidden gem
Beautiful rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff
9.3
the reception process was efficient and we were taken to our rooms by buggy. the buggies are always available to take guests around the resort but distances are not far and the walks are scenic. the rooms are beautiful, made from wood and well appointed including a rainforest shower and complimentary drinks. there is a large swimming pool and a spa where we had a good massage at a reasonable price. the resort is well situated by the ayer keroh toll and a short drive from melaka.
Hotel Feature Tip:
After leaving the toll, turn left immediately (100 metres) into the hotel, or you will miss it

Pricey
Well equiped with facilities

Rooms were like cabin style and our stay was for one night. It felt like we were staying in a woods as the room finishings and fixtures and fittings are made of wood or artificial wood

room is quite badly maintained, staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, food quality is bad which can't even match the hawker stalls, a lot of flies, etc...

great atmosphere, friendly staffs, great pool, peaceful area

I like the hotel with emphasis in log cabins. They even ready to accept us although we arrived very late. The staffs are very friendly & helpful. We loved the pool very much. The minus points are in food quality at breakfast (not suitable for hotel with such class), the location which is quite far from the Malacca city, and the sound of footsteps at the upstair cabins can be heard clearly & quite disturbing our rest (I'm afraid our baby's crying disturbed the other cabins nearby)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the butterfly farm is not stroller friendly so you better bring baby holder with you
