Enjoyable, good bed, great food & pool

Our stay at the Ramada Plaza Hotel was enjoyable. We were greeted at the front door and escorted to the check-in. Our room was ready on arrival and was clean and comfortable. We only used one restaurant and found the choice of food for breakfast and dinner couldn't have been better. The hotel was advertised as 5 star - this may have been the case when it was first built but a good amount of work needs to be done to bring it back to that standard. The hotel needs to market itself better. There was no directory on our room telling us about the hotel and its facilities. When I booked the hotel I was lead to believe there was a Spa and Massage centre. We couldn't find either.
Would we stay there again - yes the price was right and we can live without the Spa and Massage

Hotel is next to a hospital, you can always hear the ambulance siren eventhough is stay in a high floor room. Overall the stay is OK , but i would expect more from a 5 star hotel

i enjoy staying.and recommended my in laws visit.on the 23 and 24. Mr Amir Hamzah.place is near city centre and he also enjot.only need warer springkler near toilet bowl.parking need to privilege for tenant.other all superb.we,ll be coming back.thank you
