Need Mr.Hotel Impossible here.
Check in at 3.30 p.m and put on waiting for almost an hour for the room to be ready.Room only (pls note) as towel finally come around 5 p.m.Next morning,went for breakfast at 7.30 a.m as per voucher,just to be informed chef (cook?) just wake up from bed.At 8.20 a.m the crowd in waiting,push enter the coffee house and grab whatever been served at the moment.All are fast food menu etc.sauage,baked beans,baked potatoes...Drink just cold orange flavour cordials.After some time,then the fried rice come out which clearly not by in house chef(cooks) based on the waful taste...Note to the Manager of TBBR.

Bad maintenance room
Aircond not working.. Its not blows cool air. Bed cover dirty. Some wall paper were thorn apart badly.

Poor condition.
Hotel not properly upkept. No cleaning of room and no change of towel on second day of stay. Very uncomfortable feeling in room.

Poor management
Tv has 3 Astro channel
It was terrible wifi not extended to the rooms or not working.My own room was not clean and tea cups provided were so dirty.The showers was not working for the initial room provided and had to changed room again.Management in this hotel is really poor .

Rude customer service n poor facilities
The receptionist on 12 february 2016/3pm/a girl was so rude..with sour face and no manners.toilet pipe hose leaking.nk worth the money at all

Overrated Hotel
The place got a lot of potential. Sadly it was a disaster stay for me. Staff (receptionist) was not friendly at all...not smiling...rude. Air conditioning in my room were leaking all night. Have to woke up to turn off the a/c every 2 hours to avoid leakage. Food was decent. The place should be upgraded since the price rate was expensive for 2-3 star hotel.
