Nice home for a family trip

We were the first Muslim to stay here. It was very neat and clean. For Muslims, it is recomeended for you to bring any sandals for prayers. Every room is equipped with LCD TV.

The sales manager Steve is very kind person. We were late due to bus delay. When we arrived the stop, Steve had waited for almost half of hour. Steve is a very warm-heart person. He introduced in detail about our neighborhood and good sightseeing. We did enjoy very much at Malacca. It is great place. We did a big shopping and had delicious food. Thanks lot. Strongly recommend. It will be excellent choice for you.

It is a great hotel and very good service
Very clean, aircondition was also cold, high speed wifi in the room and Mr Steven was very helpful and informative. He gave us a map and explained everything to us.

It was a great place to stay and the service was very complete and it really like staying at our own home. This room was not so spacious if we put the extra bed (we came total 5 adults and 1 child and we ordered extra bed, Mr Steven gave us for free).There is a washing machine (you can wash by yourself and you can iron it as well), there was also microwave, refrigerator, boiling pot, free coffee and cup noodles. There was also a foodcourt nearby the hotel and just took a walk for 5 minutes. The place was also near to historical area.Mr Steve was also helpful, he drove us to Mahkota Medical Centre for free and he also drop us to bus terminal on our last day stay in Malaka. If we come again to Malacca, we surely want to stay here again.
Travel tip:
Note : The direction from Malacca jetty port, please inform the taxi driver to go to kota Laksamana Jonker street (behind the foodcourt) and also near to the hotel Casa del Rio. You just take a walk and you can see all the historical area were near to our hotel such as St Francis Xavier Church, take a small boat to see the nite seeing of Malacca.

It's great stay here. I booked the whole unit which is the top floor of a town house (recommended if you prefer privacy).The owner is friendly and directed us to places with good food.
Rooms are clean and equipped with TV and a decoder which shows Taiwan/china programs. The interior of this house is just like one of the show house of a new development.

The location is close to Jonker walk. The home is very comfortable and clean.

i was travelling with my family, so i followed the recommendations to book all three rooms and had the whole house to ourselves. it is a secure property close to jonker.
the beds were comfortable and i liked having the small extras like the hairdryer and tea and coffee in the kitchen.
i appreciated the managers tips on where to eat and he even pulled out the map to show me the best places to go.
the one vacation home is good value for money.

we can't be happier with the one vacation home - the place is spotless and tastefully decorated; it has a cozy living area to hang out in; it has thoughtful amenities like a washing machine and a kitchen (very helpful for travellers who are in malacca for a while); its location is close to major attractions in malacca. and steven, the hotel manager, is very helpful and informative, very cheerful and enthusiastic.

One setback, the extra bed is not extra bed but just extra mattress (too thin)and way far too expensive RM35.
