The service staff at the gym were very unaccommodating by not letting us access the swimming pool through the gym and made us walk a whole round the other way just to take the stairs down from the other end. No large umbrellas at the pool made it very unbearable as there was no shade for relaxing in. The next day the water supply was very dirty so was unable to shower - it was literally dark brown water coming from the taps.

Easy location at shopping mall. Staff at the gym were not accommodating by allowing us to access the pool form the gym, instead made us walk one big round back into the hotel to take the stairs down from the other side. The water supply the next day was dirty (literally dark brown) so was unable to clean up although the situation was fixed after a couple of hours.

Nice new hotel in Miri.
having their Grand Opening on 27th March so the rooms are quite nice now.
Nice hotel too as its located adjacent to a big shopping mall called Pacific Mall. Food wise also ok as lots of food outlets practically outside the door.
Overall very pleasant experience. Breakfast always included.
Only thing that was not right about the hotel was that there was no where in the shower stall to put your shampoo and soap. Guess the management overlooked this when hotel was built...extremely inconvenient
