I spent two days at the hotel, good facilities and reasonable sized rooms. Breakfast was what you would expect, catering to all tastes, but not inspiring, no pork was served even though it is readily available in the area and alcohol was. Bit confused why this was the case. Pool is large and clean. Would visit again for sure.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Crocodile farm is ok, but don't expect London zoo standards of animal care

Lovely environment near sea side.About 5-10 minutes drive to MIRI town. Green nature around hotel area.Quite and relaxing.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The gym is open 24 hours and nice hotel area for morning short distance jogging.

Nice hotel but overpriced food and drinks

We had a nice stay for Chinese New Year, room was nice but nearly fell over when i saw the price of a beer. It's a bit over the top, luckily we had plenty of our own.
Will stay again and BYO.

Pool stays open till late, Rooms are a perfect balance, Breakfast is sufficiently excellent

The Marriott remains and excellent hotel beign able to strike a great balance to meet both business and leisure purposes. Location is away from it all with only a Chinese seafood restaurant that is walkable distance. A free shuttle service is available throughout the day but your trips out and what you get to do will be restricted to those timings, unless you get a cab back.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel pool till 11pm. Breakfast is good. The in-room service Fish porridge (on the breakfast menu, but special request for dinner which the hotel always oblige) with loads of condiments allows a nice stay-in in the evenings.
