Room was cheap, the building is too old and needed to be renovated But staffs were kind and try to do their best, and it was spacious with free wifi (but this only worked in the lobby)

there is a neon sign on the front wall advertising a Palace Cafe...which does not exist.
The bath has rusty chips.
The TV is only a few Malaysian channels in Malaysian language....no English language.

Room was cheap, and it was spacious with free wifi (but this only worked in the lobby) The room was not the best, dirty bathroom and stained bed sheets are inexcusable even in a budget hotel. Location is decent, fairly central for eating and drinking options
