The only thing I can tell is, the hotel provided Internet access.

I feel that I don't like this hotel, first the hotel didn't provide a kettle and fridge, secondly the room with air conditioner but the hotel didn't provide duvet or blanket for customer, thirdly the bed and the pillow was not comfortable and then the electrical water heater was leaking when I took the shower.

Very good. Hotel nearby seafood restaurant and shopping area. All in walking distance. Teluk Nipah so far the best area for day and night activities.

The hotel is good, exactly designed for low budget or travelers. It is 100 m from the beach, walking distance to local restaurants. There are lot of hornbills in here.

Over all is satisfied, with friendly and helpful staffs, quiet environment, close to the beach. The bed is comfortable but there's no blanket provided. However, the resort is value for money.

Probably one of the cheapest accomodation in teluk nipah. as far as you're in teluk nipah, location won't be a big deal.

Excellent value

This was a great, simple room by the beach. The rooms are shared bungalows, kept spotlessly clean, great showers, fast wifi, and the staff provides hot and cold water in the common area at the front. We got advice from them on things to do, rented scooters from them for 35 ringgit per day, attended the hornbill feeding at 6:30 pm next door, and had a wonderful time. A few things noteworthy:
* They did our laundry for us for 8 ringgit, and we noticed one item missing when we got it back. When we pointed it out, they looked for it and found it the next day. We normally photograph all of our items before sending them to laundry, but were tired and didn't this time. I'd definitely recommend doing this as a general practice to avoid any problems.
* The AC needed to be turned on every time we returned to the room. Some folks complained about it not working. but it was pretty good as long as you remembered to adjust the settings every time you return.
* The walls were quite thin. On our first night, we had a noisy neighbor who turned on the TV at 3 am and kept us up. The other nights were fine. Hope you get a considerate neighbor!
* We saw *no* locals swimming in the nearby beaches, which made me anxious about jellyfish and other potential problems. We did a couple of quick dips, but on our last one, we found little marble sized balls of jelly all around us. It made me uneasy, so we got out. It was a shame we were never able to relax in the water since that's why we came here. Wish our hotel had had a pool!
* The food options around the hotel were quite limited and mediocre, especially at night. Might be better during high season; it was slightly better on the weekend than the weekday.
