For us, Pangkor Laut was the ideal resort. It is quiet and comfortable and, because of its isolation, we were forced to relax. The dining experiences were varied and very well presented while the beach at Emerald Bay was the perfect place to spend our days. There were many other activities available such as boating, fishing and water sports but we chose to relax. We are already planning our return.
Peaceful, quiet and comfortable. The staff were attentive and the resort was always kept clean and attractive. Emerald Bay was the perfect place to spend the day.
The ferry was very tired and in need of mechanical repair, hardly a good advertisement for an expensive resort. Food, wine and beverages were quite expensive.
- Restaurant Tip : The Straits Restaurant experience is well worth the expense.
