Front desk staff were knowledgable and attentive in handling our queries and concerns. We enjoyed the tranquility and nature that was close to the resort. The room offered a breathtaking view and more than adequate comfort for our tired bodies. However, we hope that greater efforts can be put in cleaning the beach that is strewn with non-biodegradable rubbish.

Used to be a good 4 star beach resort, now at most it should be 3 star. Rooms are very old, high time to refurbish the resort. Overall, not bad but could be better. Not up to the standard of 4 star international resort

The food was a bit pricey but then again you are talking about a 3-4 star hotel. To eat out, you have a quite a drive. Manjung AEON place would be a place to get some bites. The flies during buffet breakfast in the garden terrace was ..... The hotel did put plastic covers etc but the guests never closed them, so you get flies on the peanut butter etc etc. They need to do some more to keep the flies away...

Everything in the hotel was great from Front Desk to housekeeping. However issue with Lumut and the surrounding areas including hotel room is flies. Flies were everywhere.
It would help if there was some insect sprays in the room. Also the flies get in when housekeeping tidy up the rooms. Buffet table also have flies :( Other than that the hotel is perfect place.
