the beds were conected ,they had free water filter cold water and hot water in lobby,besdes 7 -11 shop and cheap tasty indian food restaurant just next door.

our stay was nice and comfortable. thanks for the staff as i had forgot my deposit money of 100 ringgit with them and had the room keys with me only remimberd when reached airport. but after contacting them on cell phone they promptly sent the deposit money after deducting the taxi fare to airport and i sent their keys with that person.trustworthy people.only one complaint that ther nice balconies which they call heritage balconies have the room a/c compressor external unit fitted in them so inspite of the balcony u cannot sit in there practically unusable when they charge for the same they should fit the a/c unit somewhere else atleast overhead facing outside to avoid the hot air coming in balcony sittig.

Overall satisfactory except some power points in the room not working and fixed at odd location. Air-conditioner is noisy and difficult to control temperature.
Swimming pool too exposed as located next to car park.

Comfortable in this old style hotel

I stay mostly at night but it is comfortable. Only problem is rooms are not sound proof and we can hear noises from another room.
