Very Poor Service, only good thing is the location

We checked in at 2:00 but had to wake up the front desk personnel. Wi fi would not connect regardless of what password we used. The rooms are very run down and dirty with no detail cleaning done. The only good thing is that this hotel is right across from the QueensBay Mall which was where our family needed to be. We made a point of staying out all day. When wanting to check out at 12:oo ( in my mind the busiest time of day) again we had to wake up the front desk staff

Hotel rate is reasonable.
Close to Shopping Mall & airport.

Not quite pleasant. Can't sleep peacefully, spotted ants on bed sheet & wall. Will not go back again, suspect bed sheets was not changed as the is a smell on it.

Clean hotel with good location

Location is good as it is just opposite Queensbay mall, no problem for grocery. Unlike Tune hotel which is also a budget hotel, this hotel is clean and fully-equipped with all necessary facilities i.e. hot shower, tv, air-cond, shampoo, clean bed without additional charge. However, room is quite small, not really recommended for family stay but it is great for traveler. For family stay, this hotel offers apartment which is just few kilometers away.
Shopping Tip:
Queensbay mall is just opposite this hotel.

Small room with attached small barhroom, but all are in clean condition, staff are friendly, especially the malay staff. In the room, have standard double bed with clean comfort set, lcd tv, is an air-con room, but need get remote from counter, provided with attached shampoo and body shampoo, but no toothbrush and set provided, with a little basin, a bit not convenience when washing face and brushing teeth. Not carpark provided, have to paek for parking, count by hour...

it was definitely value for money considering its locality; directly opposite Starbucks,Queensbay Mall and having facilities like wifi and television.
great for us as we could just shop at Quuensbay Mall and drop the goods back at hotel and continue shopping;never had it so good and convenient.
Generally, the room was clean and tidy; even comfortable for 4 of us to stay in the family room.
Shopping Tip:
Great location for shopping.Quuensbay Mall has so many shops with a wide range of branded clothes, etc.

Small but nice room

i am surprise that there is a bathroom in such a small room. bathroom is small but it's more than enough. customer service is nice and they clean up the room for us to rest even before the check-in time. this hotel is just opposite of the queensbay shopping mall, it's quite convenience for someone who likes to shopping.
