BIG ROOM. I have not come across such a big room.
simple room but clean and spacious.
the breakfast is so so horrible. not worth the money we paid although it is only 10.00
there is no cafe nor restaurant in the hotel.
i have stayed in many hotels in penang due to work. i have never come across a hotel room which is so spacious. the room is simple but is clean and pleasant. i like the bathroom cos is separated with a glass door and the floor is still clean and dry after taking our shower. i hate wet floor especially after shower. i love the most is the spacious of the room and the clean and dry toilet. this hotel is not suitable for family cos there is no entertaiment at all. more for business.

Great the room was big and spacious, and clean environment
The heater wasn't working properly.
Very close to shopping mall and food is everywhere for your choosing.

Nearby to almost any facilities u need at Bukit Jambul area, ie pharmacy, banks, convinence stores, food stalls.
The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable although it is located in the heart of busy Bukit Jambul. Service provided is good from front desk to housekeeping service.
