The last hotel on Batu Ferringhi beach, right next to Hard Rock Hotel.Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.
My kids loved the swimming pool and the beach is just a few minutes walk away.
Great value for money.

What I can say is, this is one of the most affordable 3 or 4 stars hotel with big pool by the beach of Batu Feringgi. The area space to chill on the lazy pool chair under the coconut trees and quite spacious overlooking the sea.
Nightlife Tip:
Located just next to Hard Rock Hotel/Cafe and walking distance to night market and varieties of food from local street food to middle eastern and westerns.

A good choice for family stay

we stayed here during raya holiday and it was full house. managed to book family room and family suite. the rooms are so big, spacious for small kids to run around.the hotel is a bit old and tired, the playground is quite small luckily the swimming pool win the heart of young kids.

Overall satisfy with the hotel, worth to spend time at there with wife and children due to has beach and nice swimming pool. The room is big and comfortable. However the breakfast meal so so only, not special.
