the hotel situated at the heart of penang. it is just besides maybank branch which enable financial transaction to be done. since i've some business in court during the stay, it is just within walking distance. due to the strategic location i also manage to enjoy some of the local favourites there including nasi kandar beratur, nasi kandar line clear, a mini shopping trip at penang road and others.

nice hotel , the cleannes of the oom is good and the bathroom is nice too,but...no free internet support....why???sometimes when we need something urgent with somputer this hotel not have...that the negative one...others is good....

not far from prangin mall or komtar...nice view and crowded road at night ,... but calm and peace in the hotell...good

It was a great hotel! Also don't miss the restaurant on the last floor with the panoramic view over Gergetown!!
I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who is looking for comfort. Morning breakfast to bed service is great.

the building was not new, but in a good condition.
The staff was welcome and efficient. The room was standard, with great view from the window. The bath room was clean n had bath up in it. The breakfast was nice with broad selection of food.

This hotel was extremely well placed in one of the better areas of Georgetown. Our refurbished room was spacious and had all facilities required for a comfortable stay. There was entertainment nightly in the lobby lounge and the staff were always polite and helpful. We did find a lack of leaflets in the travel agents within the hotel, but some of the staff in there were quite helpful. The pool area was least attractive. but adequate.
Restaurant Tip:
Recommend to book a table in the revolving restaurant, the views are fabulous, the service great and the food delicious.

price and location were the main factors to choose this hotel, and this is what was exactly delivered to us. a stone throw away from the unesco quarter, next to the blue house, the bar lane for the evening just behind the hotel, and a profusion of hawker food around you.

lovely hotel with great location

very convinient to walk around in old town. lots of good resterant in China town street. but all shops are closing since 5-6pm. red garden food courter is a great place to trial. 1st recommendation is Gong bao tian ji.

the great Chinese tea resterant in the ground of sky hotel. only avaiable from 11am-2pm
