Very convenient location with a view to the sea

hotel personnel in the lobby front desk was very courteous as well as the bellboys who took care of the luggage. the tour office agent was very kind to indicate places to visit in the city and information about the tours to know penang.the breakfast was great with a wide variety of asian and western food.

Lovely hotel with quite a good location

We came from Hatyai and Stayed in this hotel for 1 night before moving down to cameron highlands. Carpark is pretty decent as they expected the parking tickets to be stamped before allowing us drive the vehicles out.
The night view at the revolving restaurant is very enchanting too. It is near to chulia food street as well. Recommended for all

very nice and clean hotel, but we had ants on our bed and on the table, so the hotel, very quickly, moved us to a different room, but it was smaller than what we had before, so that's a bit disappointing.
there is a blue house (mansion), nearby (2 minutes walk from the hotel) but no one suggested to us from the tour desk, it's a beautiful old house which is a must see attraction in georgetown.

Nice hotel with SPA
SPA at hotel is good choice

Bayview hotel locate up Penang road, easy access to pubs, outdoor restaurants "Red Garden" and walking distance to local food stalls. Rooms in Bayview is good, clean and nice view from most of the room. SPA locate on 4th floor is nice, we have tried Thai massage to relief too much walking in the days, recommand to make a booking the day before, it open until midnight. Friendly staff and easy access to public transportation, teksi (cab or taxi) at the hotel front is trustworthy.
Shopping Tip:
RM12 from Komtar by taxi about 8 mins, public transport by bus RM2 to most of main attractions, the hill(40 mins), Queensbay mall(30 mins from Komtar), Gunrey Plaza (20 mins).

We liked the Premier room we stayed in.It is spacious with a nice sea view.The room is tidy and neat.
As Premier room guests,we can enjoy the services of the Premium Lounge.Their Breakfast and Afternoon Tea are great!

huge room with beautiful sight

the hotel is superb !
great room, very spacious, with an excellent sight of the city (we were in a 12th level), excellent location.
the breakfast is quite good with plenty of options from asian food to classic western breakfast.
hotels features include spa, swimming pool, pub, among others
it is highly recommended this hotel !
