Great Holidays
Centrally located, comfort, easy to access
It was really great to stay in the 15th floor and beach side view. My nights was so relaxed and had good breakfast with friendly staff.

hotel centrally located in georgetown area. walking distance to all place. room quite nice. very friendly staff, really appreciated that. wifi,swimming pool and gym just okay. just if they improve the parking area then it will be perfect.

poor front office service
non, overall very bad front office service. the room is very old with leaking shower handle. poor front office staff. please improve on your rooms fixture. gym is in very bad condition. the treadmill is in poor state. i believe there is no maintenance carried for the gym equipment. overall not recommended for business traveller. but the breakfast is good and staff is friendlier.

Convenient location.Not comfortable stay / noisy
location, neighby eateries, pleasant staff BUT VERY LATE CHECK IN (45 minutes wait time. UNACCEPTABLE TO A TIRED PERSON.
Expected a size size bed but was only given a twin sharing bed. the 2 pillows given was too thin. The neighbour room occupants were too noisy. Walls not properly sound proofed. Strong smell of durian from room 1037. I stayed in 1036 The 45 minutes LONG WAIT TIME to check-in was totally unacceptable. The tiresome hotel guset should be taken care of with fast processing. Bayview Management must resolve any internal problem expeditiously. The long bath and shower hose should be replace and upgraded to a shower. The stained long bath is also unprofessional.
