Great location but some rooms VERY small No window
helpful friendly staff, great location, clean modern comfortable rooms

I really hate a room without a window so this was a real problem for me plus no food on site and nowhere to sit and relax but inspite of that good value for money for the location and I would probably come back to this hotel

Great hotel for any group of travelers

I was staying here with my buddy for only one night. It is a lovely hotel with great location which situated at backpacker heaven - chulia street. We can walk to komtar/jettey bus terminal within 10-15 minutes. Or you can ride to any buses passby the hotel to major tourist destinations in Georgetown. 7 eleven, famous hawker centre, nightlife all can be found nearby the hotel. Other than that, we have experience good customer service from the front desk. They are polite and helpful to solve all our requests. Room is exactly same with the picture in agoda. Nice bed linen and shared-bathroom. Room price are reasonable. Highly recommend for this hotel and i shall definately come back again!
Restaurant Tip:
Highly recommend - char kuey tiao at red garden, wan tun mee at the main road of sleeping Buddha temple, asam laksa and mua Chee under kek lok si temple. Nothing special at new gurney drive hawker centre.

This hotel was suitable to those who have a budget travel. It is cheap but clean and quality hotel. This hotel located at georgetown, Penang. So, they is near to the interesting and more attraction place. Near by also have many nice and delicious food stall to eat... The komtar and prangin mall also near there, which is a nice shopping place to us...
Nightlife Tip:
Got many nice and delicious food stalls and restaurants near by. U can enjoy ur night time at there...

Cleanliness hotel with warm welcome

The room is clean,nise english style design,but the hotel is noisy due the door room close and ppl talking at the looby!!
The room aircond is not cool enough,,is time to service!!

That have a few attractive drawing wall at nearby hotel,is great for photo shooting....

nice hotel with clean rooms

a very nice hotel to explore george town.
rooms are small but of good size for 2 person. the room is clean and value for money.
within walking distance to the jetty and komtar which most of the penang rapid buses stop.
a lot of good food around the area all day long. definitely a good place to stay when you are visiting penang.

Classy hotel and hot spot

When we first step in the hotel, the entire white painting building grab our attention with its classy look as well. The room was comfortable with the simple furnished bed & wardrobe(the room look definite white). One thing that we're not so comfortable because we can heard the noise out of the room.
This hotel provided parking load but its limited. Overall this hotel could be recommend for who like to explore more in this heritage area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel located at Penang Heritage area. Traveler may easily to get food & sightseeing around the area. There also clubs located at Upper Penang road if you need some alcohol. If you need any tour info, you may go to the travel agency that nearby the hotel.
